Q. Why won’t my booking go through on the website?
A. The most common reason a payment will not go through is that your postcode is missing from the box right next to where you add the last three digits on your payment card. Without your postcode, the system cannot verify payment and process your booking.
Q. How do I get to the car park?
A. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with a map and directions attached to get to your chosen car park.
Q. What do I need to take with me when I arrive at the car park?
A. You need to either print your email confirmation off and bring it with you or show it on your phone to staff as you arrive at the car park. The QR code on your booking confirmation will be scanned to verify your booking.
Q. I haven’t received my confirmation email, what can I do?
A. Try checking your junk or spam folder. If you still can’t find your booking confirmation email, contact us through live chat and we can send you another copy.
Q. If you need to cancel an unused parking booking please message us via the live chat function. Your refund will be processed and appear back in your account within 5-10 working days.
CHANGING A NUMBER PLATE ON A BOOKING
Can I change my number plate after I have made a booking?
A.If you need to change a number plate on a booking you can do so easily by contacting us through the ‘live chat’ function on www.parkthecarhere.com. It is important that the number plate on your booking matches the number plate that enters the car park as we scan plates to verify a booking.
