Q: What if there is a problem with my booking when I arrive?
A. Site management will be on hand to welcome you on arrival and verify your booking. They will be able to assist with problems.
Q: Can I leave the parking site and return more than once?
A. No, your ticket is only valid for the competition session you have purchased and is for one time entry only. If you are attending multiple competition sessions at the same venue, you will need to book a parking ticket for each session.
Q: What are the car park opening times?
A. Please refer to your ticket which gives details of the time to arrive at the carpark. Please adhere to arriving at the stated time.
Q: What facilities will my car park site have?
A. All Park & Ride and Park & Walk sites will have toilet facilities. However, there will be no refreshment services available at the sites. Refreshments can be purchased once you have arrived at the venue.
Q: Are there Electric Vehicle charging points at the parking sites?
A. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging is available at some Park & Ride sites. If it is available, an option to request an EV charging space will be shown on the booking landing page.
We advise users to undertake their own assessment of the carpark prior to booking to ensure that the charging facilities will meet their needs.

Birmingham 2022 Spectator Park & Ride and Park & Walk sites accept no liability for the use of EV chargers on site. Please refer to the provider’s terms and conditions before booking.
Q: Will there be a queue to board the shuttle bus and if so, is there shelter from adverse weather for spectators?
A. There may be queues for some services. As shelter may not be available, we advise checking the weather beforehand and dressing appropriately. Shuttle bus services have been scheduled to meet your selected 15 minute arrival slot.
Q: Where can I park my motorbike?
A. Motorbikes can be accommodated within most Park & Ride and Park & Walk sites. However it is important to note that Exhall Grange School for Coventry Stadium, Four Oaks Farm for Cannock Chase and Arena Field for the Triathlon at Sutton Park are greenfield sites and are therefore less suitable for motorbikes.
